Position Summary
BB Americas is seeking a Gold Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients while delivering exceptional customer service and banking solutions. This role drives deposit and loan growth, strengthens client relationships through proactive outreach and cross-selling, and ensures compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients with a minimum of $50K in deposits or $500K in residential loans.
- Promote portfolio growth through relationship management, outbound calling, referrals, and cross-selling of banking products and services.
- Open and service personal and business accounts while identifying opportunities for new business development.
- Assist customers with deposit products, loan applications, credit cards, wires, account maintenance, and other banking services.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and lending teams throughout the loan process.
- Process teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Support branch operations, including opening/closing procedures, customer service initiatives, audit preparation, and compliance activities.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, and Information Security standards.
- Help mentor and support branch team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Meet or exceed established sales, service, and relationship management goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of banking or Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience required.
- Proven ability to build client relationships, generate business, and achieve sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, branch operations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
