Golf Cart Beverage Attendant

We are seeking enthusiastic Golf Course Beverage Cart Attendant to join the WILLOW CREEK COUNTRY CLUB team. Those with Restaurant Serving and or Bartender experience, and an understanding of Golf Etiquette will be given extra consideration. This is for part-time, seasonal positions that will start in May and run through the end of the 2025 golf season (September). If after a successful golf season, continued employment in our clubhouse department may be offered based on seasonal performance.

Requirements

 Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older and have flexible availability.
• Must posses or be willing to acquire a Food Handlers permit and Alcohol Serving permit.
• Must be honest, trustworthy, reliable, and have an attention for detail.
• Has the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Is able to work effectively with members, other team members and management. 
• Is friendly and has a hospitable personality.
• Alcohol Serving experience preferred.
• Able to provide an exceptional experience to the Membership and their guests.
• Keeps the Snack Cart Products Stocked and Organized.
• Keeps the Beverage Cart and surrounding areas clean.
• Serves Food from the Cart and prepares both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages for Members during their golf round.
• Ensures all Food and Drink are Rung through the POS.
• Serves Alcohol responsibly and follows all state liquor serving laws.
• Is able to work well with limited supervision.
• Works closely with the Snack Bar Supervisors and other snack bar employees.
• Communicates the Members needs with the Management Team.
• No Smoking allowed while on shift.
• Zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use.. 

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $15/Hour plus great tips
• Benefits include a great work environment, flexible schedules, free employee meals, golf and swimming privileges on Mondays when not scheduled.

Job Type: Part Time and Full Time Shifts available (Seasonal)
Shifts: 9am-5pm, Flexibility to stay later
Weekly day range:

• Tuesday to Sunday, Flexibility to work Monday if there's Golf Outing Event requiring Beverage Cart Service.
• Some Weekend availability will be required.
• Holidays availability preferred.
