Job Summary:

True Spec Golf is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Custom Golf Club Builder to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling, customizing, and quality-checking golf clubs to meet precise customer specifications. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently in a production environment, and maintains a strong focus on quality and consistency. In this role, you will handle the initial stages of golf club assembly and perform quality assurance to ensure every club meets True Spec’s elite performance standards. Starting pay is $20-$22 hourly based on experience plus a lucrative monthly commission structure based on production.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assemble custom golf clubs according to detailed build specifications and company standards


• Cut, prep, and install shafts, and club heads using proper tools and procedures


• Measure and verify club specifications including length, swing weight, loft, and lie angles


• Mix and apply epoxy for club head installation and ensure proper curing times


• Perform quality checks to ensure all clubs meet accuracy and craftsmanship standards


• Maintain an organized and clean workstation in a fast-paced production environment


• Track production output accurately for incentive program eligibility


• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals


• Identify and report any equipment issues or specification discrepancies


• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Two years’ experience with golf club assembly and club repair preferred


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise build specifications


• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards


• Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks


• Interest in golf equipment and customization is a plus
