Job Title: Beverage Cart / Halfway House Attendant

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Golf Course Food & Beverage Attendant  is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests while upholding The Reserve at Lake Keowee’s mission, values, and service expectations. Under the supervision of the Director of Food and Beverage, this role ensures the preparation, distribution, and sales of assorted beverages (including alcoholic drinks) and snacks on the golf course and at the halfway house. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional demeanor and provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with age verification laws.

• Serve and restock an assortment of snacks and beverages.

• Process all monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized beverage cart at all times.

• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests and co-workers.

• Inspect and report maintenance issues with the beverage cart to management.

• Ensure the halfway house remains properly stocked throughout shifts (morning, midday, and end-of-shift check-ins).

• Work banquets and special events as needed.

• Bartending &  Serving.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.

• Knowledge of beverage service, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Must be able to stand and move quickly for up to 6 hours.

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat.

• Work environment involves handling cleaning chemicals and solutions daily.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience: High School Diploma

 1 year of bartending or restaurant experience.Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to pour alcohol.Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.Background Check: Required.
