Background:

Cherry Hills Country Club, founded in 1922, is a family friendly Club with over 690 members. Facilities include a renowned championship golf course, a full-service golf shop, driving range, practice facilities, halfway house, and Par 3 course: eight outdoor tennis courts incorporating two pickleball courts, tennis shop, a family pool complex with café, junior Olympic size swimming pool and an active children’s club.

This is an exciting time to join our team as we are currently undergoing a pond/ shoreline restoration, minor restoration work to the golf course and Par 3 course. We are always looking for qualified and motivated candidates to assist in the maintenance and improvement of such a historical golf course.

Position Summary:

We have a storied history and tradition of excellence at the club and are looking for hard working and dependable candidates that enjoy working outside. 

Applicants must be able to operate a variety of equipment including walk mowers, string trimmers and hand blowers. 

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Mowing variety of surfaces including but not limited to greens, tees, rough and Clubhouse grounds
• Weeding, raking of sand bunkers, raking leaves, branches and debris on golf course
• Push mow and trim rough spots on golf course
• Filling sand divots, emptying trash, and other projects
• Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Compensation: 

This is a seasonal position offered at $19-$23 per hour. This position tentatively starts March 3rd and ends October 31st, with potential for promotion to full-time status.

• Sick pay up to 48 hours a year - accrued based on hours worked.
