Golf Grill Attendant

The Golf Grill Attendant supports daily food and beverage operations at the golf course by taking and delivering guest orders, preparing food, serving beverages, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position provides service both inside the clubhouse and on the golf course through beverage cart operations while following food safety, alcohol service, and company standards.

• Provide friendly and attentive food and beverage service to guests.
• Take guest orders and deliver food and beverages in the clubhouse dining area and on the golf course.
• Prepare and cook food according to established standards.
• Safely operate the beverage cart while serving guests on the course.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate accountability for register transactions.
• Follow alcohol service requirements, including verifying identification and minimum drinking age.
• Maintain clean and sanitary dining, counter, condiment, beverage cart, and service areas.
• Restock food, beverages, condiments, and other supplies to support current and upcoming shifts.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Create a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment for guests.

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to accurately handle transactions and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend and kneel.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
