Job Specification:
· Anticipating & servicing our Members & Guest’s individual needs.
· Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the golf shop.
· Manage special orders and invoicing.
· Assist with buying for a single store location doing $1.7 million in retail sales, with room to grow.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels.
· Assist with receiving and display of stock apparel and merchandise orders
· Assist with development and growth of corporate merchandise sales.
· Utilize social media to promote merchandise sales
· Ensure the shop is ready for operation and remains in good order throughout the day.
· Cleanliness and organization of all displays throughout the day is a priority.
· Have knowledge of club activities, policies, and hours. Understand club operations to assist members with questions.
· Assist the golf operations team with daily operations at the golf shop to include Member billing and tee-sheet management.
· Answer all phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, may include golf operation needs.
· Assist with managing traffic in a high paced environment.

Requirements
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the retail industry. Fashion or Retail background preferred.
Physical Requirements:

- Ability and willingness to work on Holidays and Weekends; 5-day work weeks are our goal while 6-day work weeks may be required from time-to-time during major events.

- Participate in Public Relations events as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation:
$18 per hour; Full-Time or Part-Time available
Commission Incentives (2% of Net Profit)
