Job Title:  G2G Team Member - FT

 Locations:  Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas 

 Salary:  $14.82 per hour

 Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Monday through Friday

 General Job Duties: Assist with pick up of donations at donor homes or businesses.  Use varied equipment to include but not to hand trucks, furniture dollies, totes.  Assist driver while driver is operating vehicle with communications and paperwork.  Meet public when accepting donated goods while maintaining a respectful appearance and attitude.  Performs all necessary end of day functions including but not limited to cleaning of truck, completing all necessary departmental paperwork which is responsive to the requirements of Goodwill as well as to Federal, State, and private agencies with a need to know.

 Specific Requirements:  Sufficiently mobile to perform job duties.  May be required to sit for extended periods of time.   Ability to bend and twist.  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.  Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and the public.

 Physical Requirements:  Walking, stooping, sitting, reaching 6 feet (or can with a ladder), pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis, some heavier lifting required with assistance.  Good physical stamina.  Open availability to work varying schedule one hour prior to department opening and one hour after department closing 7 days a week.  Ability to communicate clearly.  Must be sufficiently mobile to work in the entire facility.

 Legal Requirements:   Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, drug screen and physical examination.
