GoRaleigh New Bern BRT Project - Now Hiring

We are partnering with the City of Raleigh on the GoRaleigh New Bern Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project, a major public infrastructure project designed to improve transportation access and create job opportunities within the local community.

As part of this project, we are actively accepting applications for multiple construction and skilled trade roles. This project includes a Pilot Workforce Development Program focused on connecting individuals to employment, hands-on experience, and long-term career pathways in construction.

About the Project

The New Bern BRT Project is a multi-year transportation initiative that includes roadway improvements, utility work, and infrastructure upgrades along the New Bern Avenue corridor. Work will be performed in phases, and hiring needs will vary throughout the project. 

Positions May Include

• Laborers


• Equipment Operators (all types)


• Truck Drivers


• Utility Workers


• Electricians and Helpers


• Concrete Finishers


• Asphalt and Pavement Workers


• Surveyors


• Carpenters and General Trades


• Apprentices and Entry-Level Construction Roles
