At REGENT, we’re on a mission to revolutionize regional transportation between coastal cities. We're not just building vehicles, we're creating a new category of transportation: the Seaglider. These groundbreaking wing-in-ground-effect craft travel just above the water’s surface, combining the speed of an airplane with the low operating costs of a boat. Capable of 180 miles at 180 mph on today's battery tech (and up to 400 miles with next-gen batteries), Seagliders will unlock fast, affordable, and sustainable coastal transit for passengers and cargo - connecting cities, islands, and communities like never before.
Backed by leading investors and powered by a team of passionate, forward-thinking engineers, builders, and operators, we’re now scaling from a breakthrough prototype to full production - and building the team to make it happen.
As Government Capture and Mission Assurance Manager, you will report to the Director, Defense Mission Integration and partner closely with cross-functional teams to win and execute government-funded work. You’ll own the end-to-end capture and proposal process for prioritized state and federal opportunities—building a qualified pipeline, shaping win strategies, driving bid/no-bid decisions, and leading proposal development through on-time, compliant submission.
In parallel, you’ll establish a practical mission assurance and compliance rhythm that keeps REGENT audit-ready without slowing execution. This includes translating contract and regulatory requirements into clear internal plans, maintaining a mission assurance/compliance register with owners and due dates, and building an evidence-based documentation approach that scales as work grows.
Success in this role looks like building repeatable systems: a pipeline review cadence with clear next steps, a proposal production process with structured reviews and compliance checks, and a focused plan to close priority compliance gaps for active and near-term work.
If you’re energized by working at the intersection of cutting-edge innovation and real-world impact, you’ll be in the right place - and we’d be thrilled to have you on the team!
