Arcetyp LLC is looking for aGovernment Clinic Quality Control Manager (QCM)to support the client. This will be an on-site, in-office position located in Glynco, Georgia.
POSITION DUTIES:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Contractor’s Quality Control (QC) program in support of Enterprise Health Unit Services (EHUS) across all FLETC locations.
Serves as the central authority for quality assurance and performance management, the QCM ensures all services are delivered in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).
Provides independent oversight of clinical and operational performance, identifies trends and deficiencies, and implements corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to acceptable quality levels (AQLs).
Interfaces directly with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and ensures all reporting, inspections, and corrective actions are executed in accordance with contract requirements and timelines.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Clinical background strongly preferred (e.g., Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or other licensed healthcare professional)
Formal training or demonstrated knowledge in:
Healthcare quality assurance and performance improvement
Performance-based service contracts and federal acquisition environments
Occupational health and clinical service delivery systems
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks including:
OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare accreditation standards
Medical credentialing and privileging processes
Federal quality assurance methodologies (e.g., OFPP guidance, QASP structures)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in healthcare operations, quality assurance, or performance management
At least 3–5 years in a quality control, quality assurance, or compliance leadership role
Demonstrated experience:
Designing and implementing Quality Control (QC) programs in clinical or healthcare service environments
Managing performance against measurable service standards and metrics (e.g., PRS/AQL frameworks)
Conducting audits, inspections, and performance evaluations across multi-site operations
Leading root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Experience working in federal contracts, DoD/DHS environments, or large institutional healthcare systems is highly desirable
Experience interfacing with Government oversight personnel (e.g., COR, CO) and supporting formal reporting and compliance reviews
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
Active and unrestricted clinical license (if applicable), such as:
Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or equivalent (preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required if clinically credentialed)
Quality-related certifications highly desirable, such as:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
Lean Healthcare Certification
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality frameworks (e.g., Joint Commission standards) is preferred
POSITION FUNCTIONS / ROLES:
Quality Control Program Management
Develop, implement, and maintain the Contractor’s Quality Control (QC) Plan in compliance with contract requirements
Ensure alignment between QC program and Government QASP surveillance methods and PRS performance standards
Establish measurable quality objectives, inspection protocols, and reporting mechanisms
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
Conduct routine and random inspections of clinical and operational services across all sites
Monitor contractor performance against AQL thresholds and PRS metrics, ensuring compliance with contract standards
Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, findings, and performance trends
Deficiency Identification and Corrective Action
Identify performance deficiencies through audits, inspections, and data analysis
Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans
Track corrective actions through completion and validate effectiveness
Coordinate with site leadership to ensure timely resolution of deficiencies
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare and submit required quality and performance reports, including:
Monthly and periodic quality reports
Inspection logs and audit documentation
Support documentation for Contract Discrepancy Reports (CDRs)
Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines
Government Interface and Compliance Support
Serve as the primary quality assurance liaison to the CO, COR, and Medical Liaison Officer (MLO)
Support Government-led inspections, audits, and performance reviews
Provide data, analysis, and documentation to support Government surveillance activities
Multi-Site Oversight and Coordination
Oversee quality control activities across all FLETC locations (Glynco, Artesia, Charleston, Cheltenham)
Conduct site visits and coordinate with Clinic Managers and staff to ensure consistent quality standards
Standardize processes and ensure uniform implementation of QC procedures across all sites
Training and Continuous Improvement
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve service delivery outcomes
Risk Management and Compliance Assurance
Identify operational and clinical risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements
Monitor trends and proactively address potential performance issues before escalation
