Government Contracts Associate/Attorney

Offit Kurman is looking to hire an attorney to work in our Government Contracting Practice Group.

Attorney would be responsible for: Advising government contractors regarding their contracts with federal agencies, including, but not limited to, compliance and regulatory issues; drafting and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers performing on government contracts; counseling clients on claims and disputes involving government contracts, including preparing and prosecuting requests for equitable adjustment and claims; and assisting clients with bid protests.

While we work in a wide range of industries, prior work involving the construction industry is preferred.

Person hired can work at any of our offices in Maryland or Virginia (Bethesda, Columbia, Timonium, Frederick or Tysons Corner)

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of government contracts experience.
