We are looking for a Government Guaranteed Loan Servicing Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Managing and leading government-guaranteed operations specialist.
• Establishing procedures and reports to control, balance, and monitor the accuracy of Loan Servicing.
• Assisting in preparing for audits and regulatory examinations.
• Responsible for SBA loan servicing focused on high-level customer service and complex technical support to SBA and USDA lending partners.
• Responsible for managing the servicing of SBA loans within the parameters set forth in the SBA Servicing and Liquidation SOPs.
• Interacting and communicating with the SBA and UDSA Loan Servicing Centers.
• Developing and implementing initiatives to improve loan servicing performance and productivity with an emphasis on process automation.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Knowledge of SBA Program, Servicing, and Liquidation SOP's.
• Experience in commercial and SBA loan documentation.
• Professional written, and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to produce quality work within tight time frames while managing multiple assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or any equivalent work experience in the lending industry.
• Experience in SBA Modifications, Servicing Actions, and Liquidations.
• Knowledge of Silverlake and Laser Pro.
• Construction lending experience.
