Title: Government Services Specialist
Reports To: Director of Program Management and Government Services
Position Summary:
The Government Services Specialist will serve as an educational and consultative resource for government clients. This role focuses on delivering training content, supporting client engagement, and guiding agencies in optimizing their use of investigative services within workers' compensation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or Related field preferred
· Prior industry experience with client facing responsibilities
· Strong computer skills including all of Microsoft Office
· Ability to problem solve and produce timely results
· Understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
· Strong interpersonal skills and capabilities for dealing with all levels of management, their support teams and broad cross section of clients and vendors.
This is a Salaried/Exempt Position.
