As an Outreach Representative, you will collaborate with well-known, government-funded programs and brands, contributing to strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and increase sales revenue.

Responsibilities of a Government-Funded Outreach Representative:

• Learn the Lifeline Program: Outreach Representatives complete our hands-on training to understand the history of the Lifeline program, how to enroll customers, resolve issues, and coordinate team activities
• Community Outreach & Enrollment: Engage directly with community members, explain the program, and guide eligible customers through the application process
• Ensure Compliance & Fraud Prevention: To protect customers and maintain program integrity, follow all Lifeline program rules, and uphold strict fraud prevention standards
• Track & Improve Performance: Monitor campaign results and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to enhance effectiveness
• Support Marketing & Sales Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking campaign data, and maintaining records
• Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and maximize program impact

Qualifications for the Government-Funded Outreach Representative Position:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service—experience with government-funded programs is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and essential marketing tools/software
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve marketing campaigns
• A creative and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
