Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.

Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

We can't sponsor H1B. We accept direct hire candidates only, W2 employee hires.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced

Govt Program Budget Analyst, Senior (Telework, must be in DC Region)
to join a business development team. Telework but must be in the Metro DC area due to regular in-person team meetings with the client and team.

REQUIREMENTS:
TS & SCI Eligible Security Clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 15 years of budget management experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the Planning, Program, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases of the DoD budget.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with budget formulation, enactment, and execution.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with monitoring organizational spending, managing required reports, and informing senior leaders on the status and availability of funds.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the Congressional budget process, Budget Justification documentation development, and Operation & Maintenance and Research, Development, Test & Evaluation appropriations.
