[仕事内容]

•  施設管理部門における事務サポート全般を担当していただきます。
•  施設管理部門マネージャーをサポートし、FCM予算の管理、コストレビューなどの商業的な業務を行います。
•  内部コスト配分や、事業部門とのサービスレベル契約に関する業務も担当します。
•  施設関連の物品やサービスに関する購買依頼手続きを行います。
•  品質管理、内部監査に関するサポートを行います。
•  各種ドキュメントおよびプレゼンテーション資料の作成をサポートしていただきます。
•  社印、名刺、社用車関連などの庶務業務も担当します。
•  各種アポイントメントの調整を行います。
•  その他、施設管理部門における事務業務全般を幅広く担当していただきます。

[必須の経験・スキル]

• 3年以上の事務経験をお持ちの方
• 日本語：流暢に話せる方
• 英語：読み書き、会話においてビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方
• MS-Officeスキルをお持ちの方

[歓迎する経験・スキル]

• SAPまたはその他の会計ソフトの知識をお持ちの方
