OVERVIEW
TheFull-Time Grace Students AdministrativeCoordinatorisresponsible forthe administrativesupport, event planning, projectmanagementand communication efforts to support Grace Students.S/he willconnect prospective team members into serving roles within the Grace Students ministry. CHARACTER

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Plan, promote, and execute the details (creatives, registration, communication, materials, reservations, scheduling, timelines,logistics, etc.) of all Grace Student’s events.
Responsible for organization of and event planning in the Warehouse.
Maintain organization, décor and signage; oversee event setup and cleanup; order and manage supplies, food, and hospitality needs (including Sunday donuts) for events and programs.
Coordinate volunteer efforts. Create and maintain schedules. Assign event tasks
Oversee background checks and CST compliance.
Develop onboarding pathways and volunteer appreciation initiatives.
Manage all communication and marketing efforts through multiple channels (email, Realm, social media, etc.) Create and distribute flyers, slides, and announcements. Plan and execute social media campaign.
Send regular updates to parents, leaders, students and other staff via text, email, and newsletters.
Maintain the Grace Students website content. Maintain accurate student records in Realm and track student attendance.Maintain Grace Students’ calendar
Coordinate baptisms and follow-up for students by working with the GCC Baptism team.
Pursueongoingparental input and involvementto strengthen studentcareand ministry focus and participate in staff life, familyministryand youth ministry activities.

Alignment with Grace Community Church’s theological convictions and philosophy of ministry, including, but not limited to Gospel-centered and Emotionally Healthy Discipleship; convictions around God’s vision for ethnic unity.
SCHEDULE
40Hours/Week
1x Per Week Each – Meet withGrace Students Director for One-on-One/Attend the Grace Students Meetings on Monday mornings/Attend the Grace Students (High School) Meetings on Monday mornings/Attend the weekly All Staff Meetings on Tuesday mornings/Attend the weekly All Staff Prayer Pause on Thursdays
1x Per Month Each - Attend the Grace Families Staff meeting (1.5 hours on Tuesday afternoons)/Admin Meeting on Wednesdays
1x Per Year Each – Participate in the All-Staff Retreat/ Participate in the Grace StudentsPlanning Retreat, typically in February
Saturday nights and Sundays mornings
Christmas Eve + Easter Sunday Gatherings
RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Grace Students Director
Works Closely with Grace Students staff, Family Pastor, Ministry leaders
