Grade Control Offsider

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Grade Control Driller Offsider to join our Mining – Drill & Blast team across our Goldfields WA operations on an ongoing, long-term project. This is a full-time FIFO position from Perth, working a 2:1 day/night shift roster. The role supports safe and efficient drilling operations, including drill set-up, accurate drill positioning, sample collection and general drilling activities to support grade control and mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help prepare and set up RC machinery and equipment for operations.

• Provide on-the-ground support during RC operations, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly.

• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.

• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or safety concerns immediately.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and operational performance.

The successful applicant will have:

• C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)

• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

Desirables

• Heavy Rigid (HR) Divers Licence
