As a participant in our graduate program, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced project managers, you’ll contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects that shape sustainable transport networks.

Your responsibilities may include:

  Supporting the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget

  Assisting in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and design teams

  Participating in project and client meetings, capturing key actions and supporting stakeholder communication

  
  


• 
  

  Contributing to project control activities, including scheduling, cost tracking, risk management, and reporting

  Reviewing and coordinating technical documentation, reports, and specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting procurement processes and contract administration activities

  
  


• 
  

  Exploring project governance, commercial management, and client relationship management practices

  Leveraging digital tools (e.g., project management software, data dashboards) to improve project delivery and reporting

  Promoting sustainable and innovative outcomes across different infrastructure projects

  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  
  


• Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months


• Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships


• Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving


• Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues

At Mott MacDonald, we provide a comprehensive benefit package that includes 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term/long-term disability, paid holidays, PTO, parental leave and company paid life insurance. 

The expected salary for this position is $67,000-$82,000. 

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
