Grain & Livestock Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized grain and livestock risk management strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and insightful market guidance.

• Proactively identify and address market challenges, providing clear, actionable recommendations.

• Cultivate new client relationships while effectively managing existing ones.

• Act as a dedicated advisor committed to the best interests and long-term success of clients.

• Provide education and market insights to empower clients in making informed and confident decisions.

• An Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent professional experience.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
