Job Description - Grant Manager and Clinician

Job Description

Position Summary

Based full-time at CSU Spur in Denver, the Grant Manager and Clinician provides trauma-informed clinical services in English and Spanish, coordinates grant-funded activities and builds community partnerships to expand access to care. This position ensures implementation of the Caring for Denver grant, increases outreach capacity, strengthens referral pathways, and supports long-term sustainability of trauma-informed services in the Denver metro area.

Salary Range

$65,000 - $75,000


Essential Job Duties

  • Clinical services (trauma assessment and treatment)
  • Grant coordination and reporting
  • Community outreach and partnership development

Decision Making

  • The position independently makes decisions regarding:
    • Clinical assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and trauma-informed recommendations
    • Determining client readiness for services
    • Prioritizing outreach and community engagement aligned with grant deliverables
    • Tracking grant metrics, coordinating reporting, and maintaining compliance
    • Recommending modifications to outreach, training, and engagement strategies
  • Collaborates with CTRAC/FRC Directors on clinical quality, sustainability planning, and partner development.

Supervision

  • 1–3 master’s and/or bachelor level interns or trainees (as assigned)

Minimum Education

  • Master's degree in HDFS, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Working toward professional licensure in Colorado

Minimum Experience

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care and child/family systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and cultural contexts
  • Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
  • Experience providing clinical services to bilingual/immigrant families
  • Prior experience conducting trauma assessments
  • Training or certification in TF-CBT, MATCH, AF-CBT
  • Experience working with grants, data tracking, or reporting
  • AAMFT Approved Supervisor or Supervisor Candidate
  • Experience in community outreach or systems-level collaboration
