Job Title: Grant WriterLocation: New York, NY 10041Initial Duration –3 + months : High possibility of extension Pay Range: $28/hr - $29/hr. on W2Shift Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Any 5 days in a week.Note: We do have other locations available, so if you are interested in discussing for any other position then please let me know.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Health, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing,
- Candidate must have previous experience within the healthcare or IT sector(s)
Duties:- Proposal Development.
- Write compelling grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documents, in alignment with funder requirements and organizational objectives.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with IT and finance departments to gather necessary information, align proposals with technical and budgetary requirements, and ensure project feasibility, Submission and Follow-Up.
- Manage the submission process, adhere to deadlines, and conduct follow-ups, as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposals, reports, and correspondence in the grants management system.
- Reporting
- Assist with the preparation of interim and final reports to funders, ensuring compliance with grant condition.
- Grant Research:
- Identify and evaluate grant opportunities relevant to IT projects in the healthcare sector.
Skills:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing.
- Candidate must have previous experience within the healthcare or IT sector(s) Exceptional Writing.
- Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, persuasive language.
- Organizational Abilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Project Management.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles to contribute to proposal development and execution.

- Competence in developing project budgets and understanding financial reports.
