Grants Accountant / Grants Accounting Analyst - Hiring Immediately

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Grants Accountant / Grants Accounting Analyst for a client in Arlington, TX. As the Grants Accountant / Grants Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for the grant administration process, sending and receiving invoices, maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and analysis. Qualified candidates will have their Bachelor's degree in Account, Finance, or Business (preferred), 4+ years of Accounting or Grant Administration experience, proficiency in Excel, and be highly detail oriented. Any experience working in grants accounting or working with HUD, CDBG, HOME, ESG or other federal grant programs is a plus! Requirements for the Grants Accountant / Grants Accounting Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Account, Finance, or Business preferred. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of degree
• 4+ years of Accounting or Grant Administration experience
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables are a plus)
• Experience sending and receiving invoices, maintaining detailed documentation, and preparing reports
• Knowledge of HUD, HOME, CDBG, ESG, or other federal grant regulations is preferred

Compensation for the Grants Accountant / Grants Accounting Analyst:

• Contract-to-Hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, some flexibility available
• Location: 100% on site in Arlington, TX 76010
• Pay: $35 - 37/hour
