Who you are:

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
5+ years of accounting within grants or program management.
Understanding of federal grants is a plus!
Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills.

What you’ll do:

Manage the financial reporting of funded grants and be responsible for updating stakeholders and sponsors.
Ensure the company is within federal and institutional compliance.
Work cross-functionally with R&D, Strategic Finance, Research Services, and Compliance.
Mentor and support various staff and departments.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $55-$70 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
