Summary
As a Grants and Contracts Monitor at Ryther, you will play a vital role in ensuring terms are being met, including but not limited to reporting requirements, outcome tracking, and funds management. You'll track amendments and other changes as they arise, and assure contract and grant deliverables are achieved.
Responsibilities
Maintains working knowledge of all contracts and grants assigned. Tracks amendments and other changes as they arise.
Tracking and ensuring timeliness with all required deadlines.
Coordinating with program, finance, development team members to ensure reports, invoices, etc., are compiled and provided according to contract or grant requirements and timelines.
Familiarity with program invoicing and tracking processes. May help with the creating of new program processes related to contracting and grants.
Understanding of funding sources and prompting program management to see that funds are being spent in compliance with contract and fund terms. Helping track budget needs related to assigned contracts and grants.
Running reports assessing contract outcomes and coordinating with program management on their accuracy and timely completion. May help with the development of internal processes to ensure compliance.
Collaborate on grant and contract applications .
Requirements
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain both client and employee confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, contract requirements, or other applicable laws and regulations.
Prior experience with project management or contract monitoring required.
Strong writing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and technical writing.
Ability to collaborate across multiples programs and departments.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
