Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Grants & Funding Specialist for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Greenville, Ohio. This position will help municipal clients identify, pursue, secure, and administer funding for civil engineering projects through federal, state, local governmental, and private funding opportunities.

This is more than a traditional grant-writing role. The Grants & Funding Specialist will guide clients through potential funding opportunities and applications, facilitate successful awards, and support funding administration throughout the design and construction phases of projects.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Grants & Funding Specialist will provide funding coordination, preparation, and administration for grants and loans received from governmental agencies. You'll research available funding sources, guide clients through the application process, facilitate awards, and manage administrative activities necessary to request and administer funds on behalf of clients.

COMPENSATION
• $60,000-$80,000

• Oversee Contractor Pay Requests
• Complete Administrative Tasks Required To Request Funds On Behalf Of Clients
• Support Funding Administration During Project Design And Construction
• Maintain Accurate Funding Documentation, Databases, And Reports

Requirements
• Grant Training REQUIRED
• Familiarity And Experience With Funding Services For Civil Engineering Projects REQUIRED
• Microsoft Word Proficiency REQUIRED

• Microsoft PowerPoint Proficiency REQUIRED
