Job Summary:
The Grants Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive grants program to support House of Hope's mission and strategic goals. This position manages the full grants lifecycle, including research, proposal development, submission, tracking, reporting, and compliance. The Grants Manager works collaboratively with staff and leadership to identify funding needs, gather program data, and translate organizational impact into compelling grant narratives.
Hours:
Full-time, salaried position. Ability to work flexible hours is necessary. Primarily works first shift on weekdays. Duties will require working weekends, evenings and daytime shifts to ensure adequate staff coverage, proper work completion, and fund development duties.
Essential Duties:
The Grants Manager researches and secures funding opportunities, writes compelling grant proposals, and manages the full grants lifecycle, including reporting and compliance for House of Hope. This position collaborates with staff to gather impact data, translate organizational outcomes into persuasive narratives, and maintain excellent relationships with funders. The Grants Manager also develops and maintains comprehensive tracking systems to ensure all grant deadlines, requirements, and opportunities are effectively managed to maximize funding for the organization's mission.
