Grants Manager

Are you a skilled grant writer with a passion for nonprofit work and a talent for storytelling, organization, and strategy? 211 Palm Beach Treasure Coast is seeking a Grants Manager to join our dynamic team and help secure vital funding that drives our mission forward.

 
In this key role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of our grant efforts-from research to writing and reporting. You'll work closely with program and finance teams to ensure timely submissions, impactful reporting, and ongoing compliance, all while building strong relationships with funders and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Develop deep knowledge of our agency's mission, programs, and funding priorities.


• Research and track potential funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources.


• Manage the annual grants calendar to ensure timely submissions of letters of inquiry, proposals, and reports.


• Draft compelling and tailored grant proposals, letters, and supporting documents.


• Collaborate with internal teams to collect performance data, budgets, and other reporting materials.


• Prepare timely, accurate, and persuasive grant reports to demonstrate impact and maintain compliance.


• Analyze grant performance to inform future strategy and maximize funding outcomes.


• Maintain accurate grant records in our grant management system.


• Provide performance data for public reports and presentations to ensure consistent messaging.


• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with funders and key stakeholders.
  

What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of grant writing/management experience (nonprofit setting preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The position:  Full time

Location: The position will be based in our temporary Boynton Beach location for approximately 12-18 months before relocating back to Lantana in our newly constructed building.
