Graphic Design Manager

We are looking for a full-time Graphic Design Manager for our West Jordan, UT location! 

The Graphic Design Manager will oversee the visual development of marketing materials, digital content, branding, and other design projects. This role is equal parts creative leadership and project management, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in all visual communications.

Duties include:

• Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers in creating high-quality, on-brand designs.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion across print, digital, and multimedia formats.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align visual strategies with company goals.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all design outputs.
• Review and approve designs, providing feedback to foster professional growth and creativity within the team.
• Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate fresh, innovative ideas into the design process.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience with 2+ years in leadership or managerial role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative problem-solving.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with digital design, including social media, web, and motion graphics, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
