Job Summary: GenZ Talent is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual communication and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs across various digital and print platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand identity and that of our clients, contributing to impactful marketing and recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, marketing collateral (brochures, flyers), advertisements, and other brand-related materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and recruitment teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
• Develop innovative visual concepts and layouts that capture attention and effectively communicate messages to our target audiences, including Gen Z talent.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements and platforms.
• Utilize industry-standard graphic design software to create high-quality designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
• Prepare design files for both digital and print production, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed to optimize designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills and creative solutions.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience with other design tools like Canva or Figma is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent visual communication skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively.
