Position: Graphic Designer

Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a leading masonry contractor, we specialize in providing high-quality masonry services to our clients. We are looking for a skilled designer who can help us elevate our brand and create visually appealing materials that will showcase our work.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements, that effectively communicate the company's services and brand.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.

- Work closely with project managers to create visually appealing proposals and presentations for potential clients.

- Create and update company website and social media graphics, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand.

- Design and produce signage for job sites and company vehicles.

- Assist with photography and video editing for company projects and events.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques to ensure our materials are modern and visually appealing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the construction or related industry.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Experience with web design and social media management is a plus.
