Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. As a leading masonry contractor, we take pride in providing high-quality services to our clients. We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for design and an eye for detail to help us elevate our brand and bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and design graphics and visual materials for various marketing and advertising campaigns, including print and digital media

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity and messaging

- Create and edit images, videos, and other multimedia content for social media, website, and other digital platforms

- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our design strategy

- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project objectives

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

- Assist with other design and creative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus
