Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. As a Graphic Designer at Bausch-White Masonry, LLC, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate our brand and services to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop creative solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create visually appealing and effective campaigns

- Create and edit images, graphics, and videos for use on social media, website, and other marketing channels

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

- Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of materials

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
