Position: Graphic Designer

Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a full-service masonry contractor, we specialize in commercial and residential projects, providing high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand and business objectives

- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials

- Utilize graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs

- Ensure all designs are in line with company branding guidelines and standards

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work

- Knowledge of digital design and social media platforms

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of masonry or construction industry is a plus, but not required
