Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer (Junior) to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and effective designs for online courses, marketing materials, and website

- Develop visual concepts and layouts for new training courses and updates to existing courses

- Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance the learning experience for our users

- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-learning or healthcare setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
