The Role

We are seeking a temporary Graphic Product Designer for a limited 3 month duration to partner directly with leadership on a comprehensive brand identity project. This role will focus on auditing and evaluating the company’s visual, verbal, and experiential elements to provide strategic design recommendations and shape future brand positioning.

Essential Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with leadership to define parameters, brand goals, and criteria


• Conduct a thorough audit of current visual assets (logo systems, typography, color palettes, digital/print)


• Assess experiential elements (customer touchpoints, brand interactions)


• Present results and proposed frameworks to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Autonomy & Speed: Ability to onboard quickly without heavy hand-holding and manage a strict project timeline within the 3-month window


• Verbal & Copy Awareness: Grasp of brand voice and messaging consistency to effectively evaluate the verbal component of the brand identity study


• Design Strategy: Capacity to back design choices with strategic reasoning rather than purely aesthetic preference


• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma


• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
