Graphic Designer & Content Creator

Position Overview

Bolton Holdings is seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Creator to design marketing materials, create digital content, design location layouts, capture photography and videography, edit visual assets, and support brand, sales, recruiting, and company communications.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, hands-on, and comfortable taking ideas from concept to finished product. The right candidate will help create polished graphics, photos, videos, presentations, social media content, and marketing materials that represent Bolton Holdings and its brands in a professional and consistent way.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, sales materials, presentations). 
• Create social media content, including graphics and short-form video.      
• Develop visual layouts (site, facility, location, and presentation layouts). 
• Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms. 
• Capture and edit photography and video content. 
• Produce pitch decks and presentations. 
• Support website and digital content updates. 
• Assist with trade show materials and event branding. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to turn concepts into polished deliverables. 

• Proficiency in Figma and Canva. 
• 2- 4 years of experience in graphic design and content creation experience. 
• Skills in photography and video editing. 
• Portfolio required showcasing relevant work. 
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom). 
• Experience with layout design (site, facility, presentation). 

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom). 
• Experience with layout design (site, facility, event presentation). 
• B2B or industrial experience. 
• Creation of sales collateral, proposal graphics, and trade show materials. 
• Experience with website content and short-form video.
