OrangeBox Enterprises oversees the daily direction and performance of a number of brands including Spectrum Association Management, Jellybird HOA Management, Spectrum Gate, Blue Lime Insurance Group, MintFish Premium Finance, and Boardline Academy. The focus of the portfolio is to develop and provide superior service products related to the homeowner’s association industry. We are proud to be one of the most recognized companies in our industry. Because of our fast growth and need for supporting multiple subsidiary brands with more coming soon all related to the HOA industry, we are seeking a qualified graphic designer to help handle the projects related to all this growth.

How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission:

• Combine typography, color, grid systems, iconography and motion, to deliver persuasive marketing materials.

• Help build on and maintain a visual identity - managing brand consistency through the creation of design specs, standards, style guides, toolkits, and processes

• Participate in team-based planning and problem solving yet be able to perform independently

• Push our brands forward with creative and interesting design. Expected not welcome

• A thirst for knowledge, where you learn, share, and use the latest strategies and tools.

• The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, autonomous, adaptable, and resourceful

• Flexibility to move focus between tasks in different domains based on changing business needs, desire to assist other teammates to improve team skills, and ability to think creatively.

• Conversion oriented, what you create not only looks stunning but is intentional and drives a specific outcome

• Integrate your design into Wordpress website and marketing automation tools. 

• Big plans, small in-house digital marketing team.

• You will have a team of writers who will help you polish your content, but you will be responsible to conceptualize and create initial copy drafts.
