Dijital Team is seeking a dynamic, highly skilled & multi-talented Graphic Designer / Video Content Creator who lives and breathes visual storytelling. This role combines the best of both worlds: a creative visual designer with strong branding instincts and a confident video content creator who understands how to engage audiences across platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
We’re looking for someone with a self-starting mindset, excellent creative judgment, and a passion for creating cutting-edge content that resonates. If you’re a hybrid of a Canva + Adobe wizard and a video editing powerhouse who can turn an idea into a viral hit, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a dual-skilled creative, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing function. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Graphic Design
- Design digital and print assets for social media, ads, blogs, web & landing pages, events, case studies, and internal comms and employee branding + backdrops, photo props, business cards etc.
- Create visually engaging graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Design graphics for online campaigns, email marketing, infographics, and presentations.
- Liaise with print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials - when required.
- Video Content Creation
- Take ownership of end-to-end video production: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and distribution.
- Develop engaging short-form content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) and long-form content (e.g., YouTube videos).
- Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and AI tools like Midjourney & HeyGen to enhance content output.
- Film and edit event recaps, team features, and promotional videos.
- Manage Dijital Team’s TikTok and YouTube channels, including content calendars, posting schedules, and performance analytics.
- Cover in-person events through video and photo documentation, ensuring high-quality coverage and post-event edits.
- Arrange & coordinate photo and video shoots when required.
- Event Support
- Be available to attend offline events and support the internal team when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ Years of extensive experience in graphic design, especially with Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- 3+ Years of proven track record in video content creation from ideation to publishing for both short- and long-form platforms.
- Proficiency with video editing and animation tools: Adobe After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro.
- Exposure to AI-assisted content tools like Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar.
- Excellent command of English—you should be confident in writing, editing, and proofreading scripts and content.
- Highly self-motivated with a knack for learning new tools and platforms in the ever-changing content creation landscape.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and basic marketing principles—including funnels, personas, lead generation, and campaign strategy.
