Graphic Designer Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and effective designs for our online and in-person training materials.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create visual concepts and designs for training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online courses

- Assist with the production and editing of videos and animations for training materials

- Develop and maintain a library of visual assets, including photos, illustrations, and icons

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design

- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials for courses and events

- Assist with the maintenance and organization of design files and assets

- Provide support to the Graphic Designer on various design projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Experience with video and animation editing software (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus

- Strong understanding of design principles and typography

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- A passion for emergency training and saving lives is a plus
