Graphic Designer - Central

What you'll do: 

• Develop designs based on art direction and project objectives


• Collaborate with ministries to achieve design and promotional goals


• Work closely with the Communications team on cross-functional projects


• Partner with the Communications Director and Creative Director for project alignment


• Coordinate with the Art Team to produce print and digital graphics


• Work with Production, Video, and Social teams to create on-screen and online visuals


• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables


• Manage timelines and ensure projects meet deadlines


• Design illustrations, layouts, and graphics using creative software tools


• Create a wide range of print and digital assets


• Adapt designs for various platforms and mediums


• Develop mock-ups for client approval


• Implement revisions and deliver final designs to the ministry


• Build and maintain relationships with print vendors


• Prepare print-ready files and assets for production


• Create web-ready images optimized for online platforms


• Reformat and update existing artwork to meet project specifications

Skills & Experience you've had:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• Solid understanding of the print production process


• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Experience with project management and task coordination


• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience
