Graphic Designer - Collaborative Environment

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer , ideally with web skills, to conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials across multiple client industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in professional graphic design software with web design tools and technologies a plus. This role will collaborate closely with our sales & marketing team to produce engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message and drives results.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, email newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and more.
• Develop concepts, layouts, and mockups based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop creative solutions that align with marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and web development.
• Ability to translate design concepts into functional web elements using HTML, CSS, and other web technologies a plus.
• Optimize web graphics and user interfaces for performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure designs are error-free and meet project specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and user experience (UX) design a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Work location expectations:

• Predominantly remote working
• Minimum 1 day (scheduled) a week in office, with potential to be in office upon request. (Woodridge, IL 60517)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of JavaScript and other front-end scripting languages.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
