Job Description - Graphic Designer - Paid Media

Odds Scanner is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Paid Media team in Malta.

As part of your role, you will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced within tight deadlines. This role involves close collaboration with paid media specialists, social media teams, and creative staff, including copywriters and video editors, to develop concepts and deliver final assets.

Design and produce high-quality graphics for ads on social media platforms
Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to develop creative concepts, for the different projects
Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and projects objectives
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices
Create visually appealing graphics that resonate with the project objectives
Collaborate with a team of paid media, social media and creative staff (copywriters and video editors), from concept development to delivery of final product
Optimize graphics for various social media platforms
Review and edit graphics based on feedback from the internal team
Maintain a consistent visual style across all social media channels
Develop and maintain a library of design assets
Assist in the creation of social media campaigns and strategies
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions
Consider metrics and performance on the creation process

Proven experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Fluency in English
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles
Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Experience with video editing software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work independently and in a squad structure to meet deadlines
Experience with content management systems
Desired experience with iGaming and Sports Betting
