Position Overview

The Graphics & Production Specialist will support the creation, updating, and production of visual materials used across the organization—such as product labels, truck graphics, signage, digital assets, and marketing materials. This role blends creative graphic design with hands-on production work, ensuring brand consistency and timely turnaround.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product labels, promotional materials, truck wraps, signs, and in-house graphics.

• Prepare files for print, including die lines, color matching, and vendor-ready packaging artwork.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and management) to meet branding and production needs.

• Manage graphic file library and ensure version control and brand standards.

• Produce in-house physical signage and decals using printers, laminators, cutters (if applicable).

• Support occasional marketing or administrative projects related to design and visual communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).

• Experience with print production or packaging design a strong plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality visual materials.

• Experience with sign-making equipment (plotter/cutter/laminator) helpful but not required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
