Youth Direct Care Staff shall meet one of the following qualifications
1. Previously been employed as a full-time staff or served as a volunteer at a group home, short-term residential therapeutic program, or substance abuse treatment program for at least one year or
2. Relevant life experience in the child welfare, mental health, and juvenile justice systems as a consumer, mentor, caregiver, or other relevant experience as determined by the department or
3. Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree
4. Completed 12-semester units of Early Childhood Education or Psychology
Graveyard hours:
Monday - Friday 10pm - 9am
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) 9pm - 9am

OUR HISTORY
- New Beginnings Residential Treatment Facilities, a nonprofit residential treatment program, was founded in 1995 by Gail Lacy. Ms. Lacy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.
- New Beginnings Residential Treatment Facilities is licensed to serve eighteen parenting and non-parenting female teens (ages 12-21) and four children (ages 0-2).
