Job Description:
The Dishwasher is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Practices and promotes proper sanitation and dishwashing procedures.


• Ensures all areas are kept clean and sanitary including but not limited to floors, walls, ceilings, refrigerators, and storage rooms.


• Immediately communicates concerns to the Supervisor, Room Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.


• Keeps and maintains general work areas, equipment, and storage units clean and sanitized.


• Follows all Health Department food safety and sanitation policies.


• Checks and follows the daily schedule.


• Reports any maintenance issues promptly.


• All other duties as assigned.
