This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GRC Analyst. This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization's policies and procedures are effectively implemented and continuously updated to meet legal and regulatory standards. The GRC Analyst will maintain and enhance the governance, risk, and compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and lead training efforts to promote a strong security culture. Collaboration with various departments will be key in integrating security measures across all business processes. The individual will also provide essential security reports to key stakeholders, significantly impacting the organization's overall risk posture.
Accountabilities
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
- Maintain and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs to align with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct third-party risk assessments.
- Perform risk assessments and control testing for IT systems.
- Lead ongoing information security training and awareness programs.
- Facilitate collaboration with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into business processes.
- Coordinate Business Impact Assessments and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Provide up-to-date security reports to the CISO and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security management or risk management.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or similar preferred.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards like ISO27001 & CIS18 and ITGC.
- Knowledge of regulatory areas such as NIS2, GDPR, and AI Act preferred.
- Hands-on experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Audit Board, ServiceNow GRC).
- Strong understanding of IT risk and compliance processes.
- Project leadership and strong communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in developing and conducting security training programs is advantageous.
