Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Greek and English through various communication channels

• Fluency in Greek and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
