As a Player Support Specialist, you will assist Greek-speaking players, ensuring their issues and inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Offer high-quality support to Greek-speaking players through various channels including email, chat, and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues such as login difficulties, account recovery, payments, and general inquiries.
• Document and manage customer interactions diligently within the support ticketing system.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with players regarding game policies, procedures, and updates.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Stay informed about the latest Riot Games features, updates, and community trends to provide accurate support.
• Contribute to improving support workflows and overall player satisfaction.

• Fluency in Greek and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer support or related role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Passion for gaming, particularly Riot Games titles and communities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation costs fully covered by the company.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
